Zhejiang Changzheng Vocational and Technical College (website) is a higher vocational and technical college. The college is located in the Xiaoheshan Higher Education Park in Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It has a profound cultural heritage, abundant e-commerce resources, and perfect public facilities. It has a beautiful natural environment, rich teaching resources and convenient transportation condition.

Zhejiang Changzheng Vocational and Technical College has five departments of finance and accounting, economics, management, humanities, computer and information technology, and two departments of the Department of Architectural Engineering and the Department of Intelligent Technology. The school is divided into nine research institutes, including the Small Accounting Institute and the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise E-commerce Research Center. It has established 39 majors in seven categories, including financial accounting, business and trade, intelligent technology, computer information, business management, construction engineering, and applied language. The international economy and trade majors are provincial-level majors, accounting, statistics and accounting, business enterprise management, and e-commerce are provincial-level specialty. The college currently has more than 11,000 students.

The teaching facilities of Zhejiang Changzheng Vocational and Technical College are good, and there are independent experimental training buildings, gymnasiums, playgrounds and other teaching places. The existing library has 1,256,700 books and 115 experimental training bases.
