Insurance Professional College (保险职业学院), founded in 1986, is a member of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, a global double 500 company. It was formerly known as the China Insurance Management Cadre College. In 2003, it was restructured into a full-time public general vocational college. It is the only country in the country specializing in insurance education. The full-time public colleges and universities are also party schools of the China Life Insurance (Group) Company Committee of the Communist Party of China. The national education business is managed by the Education Department of Hunan Province and recruits students nationwide.
