Changsha Commerce and Tourism College (长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院) is a full-time public institution of higher learning sponsored by the Changsha Municipal People’s Government and the Department of Education of Hunan Province for business guidance. At present, the college is a national high-quality vocational college, a high-level vocational school with Chinese characteristics and a professional construction plan construction unit, a model (backbone) vocational college in Hunan Province, and the first batch of outstanding vocational college construction units in Hunan Province. Changsha Commerce and Tourism College is located in the Changsha Vocational Education Base of Yuhua Economic Development Zone. Currently, there are nearly 9,000 students in the school, and there are 522 faculty members, including 230 “dual teacher” teachers and 145 professors and associate professors. Young and middle-aged teachers have a doctoral or master’s degree; 15 well-known experts or industry masters serve as visiting professors.
