Beijing Jiaotong University Haibin College (北京交通大学海滨学院, website) was established in May 2008. It is an independent college founded by Beijing Jiaotong University and Ronghe Science and Education Co., Ltd. and approved by the Ministry of Education. The school is the only full-time undergraduate institution hosted by Beijing Jiaotong University outside Beijing, and the only independent college approved by Hebei Province after the promulgation of Decree No. 26 of the Ministry of Education.
