Job Description:

1. Curriculum Development: create and submit teaching files on time as required-Yearly plan,Monthly plan,Weekly plan,Weekly summary,Monthly summary(protfolio),Semester summary,Yearly summary and other files required by the school.
2. Teaching: design and conduct daily teaching sessions, assess and support children’s development;during the morning session English time,conduct learning activities and coordinate with other teachers to build a nurturing learning community as lead teacher;during afternoon sessions,cooperate with Chinese teacher as assistant teacher.
3. Parent-school Communication: regular communication-communicate with parents during transition time,via the Bridge Notebook,weekly plan,monthly portfolio,one-to-one semester assessment report.Other situation:communicate with parents when needed(such as making announcements before special events or talking to parents regarding children’s progress or difficulties),or when parents reach out.
4. Participation in School Activities:attend foreign teachers meeting(twice a month,2 hours per session)or other events announced by our school.
5. Marketing Events: prepare and participate in assigned marketing events.No less than 6 times per semester.
6. Property Management: take care of facilities and properties and children’s belongings(clothes,shoes,bedding,toys,etc.)and teaching materials.
7. Classroom Admin: cooperate and communicate with co-teachers regarding classroom admin work,implement decisions of the school,report work to Chinese head teachers regularly.
8. Hygiene & Early Care: strictly implement regulations on Hygiene&Early Care of the school,cooperate with the school nurse and cultivate children’s healthy habits.
9. Safety of children: strictly implement regulations on safety of the school,conduct appropriate educational practices,be responsible for children’s safety and care,help children build up self-defense skills.
10. Others: other work assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Native English speakers
2. Pref. experience teaching children
3. A bachelor degree
4. A positive and teamwork attitude
