Job Description 


Candidates with teaching interest and key research strength in one or more of the following subject areas: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Game Theory, International Economics, Development Economics, Political Economy, Labor Economics, Public Finance, Industrial Organization, Environmental Economics, Digital Economics, etc.


Job
Requirement 


Candidates
should have a PhD degree in a related discipline.Successful candidates are required to demonstrate an ability to undertake independent research leading to impactful outcomes, such as publication in high-quality, internationally recognized, indexed journals and other types of scholarly work as appropriate & recognized by their disciplines. Meanwhile, they are also expected to have a commitment to teaching excellence at undergraduate or postgraduate levels.  Academic rank will be determined in
accordance with successful candidate’s experience and accomplishments.


Benefits and Appointment Terms


Commencing
salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
Fringe benefits include housing allowance, leave and social insurance. Appointments
to these positions will initially be made on a fixed-term contract with mutual
agreement.
