Job Vacancy: HR Manager
Reports to: Operations Director
Job purpose
This position is responsible for HR issues at AmCham China and for administrative work.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support all AmCham China staff in terms of HR related matters and effectively manage the day-to-day HR responsibilities, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, staffing, expats’ visa, training, employment relations, performance management, employment relationship, etc.
- Support to HR relative policy review and execution. Daily communication with the staff about HR practices.
- Support government communication such as MoCA personnel filing and annual review.
- Support HR projects and office daily administrative management matters. Other HR & Admin related issues assigned by team leader.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related job with preferable experience in payroll management.
- Good command of both Chinese and English, particularly with written correspondence.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.
- Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills. Should be committed to diversity and equality culture.
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
