Position: Early Years Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our early years students through counselling services, classroom observations, and collaboration with teachers and parents.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in counselling or related field
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a counsellor or support specialist
– Knowledge of international curriculum standards
– Experience working with young children (ages 2-5)
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
– Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
– Strong problem-solving skills
