This Job posting is for interns who are available to work starting from Jan, 2025

Main Responsibility of This Position:

• Drafting email campaigns both in English and Chinese;

• Supporting the operation of AmCham China social media platforms, including WeChat, Weibo, and LinkedIn, and conducting marketing reviews;

• Assisting with the translation of interviews, news releases, etc., and monitoring media exposure of AmCham China;

• Providing onsite support to AmCham China events;

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Specific Knowledge, Application, Technical and/or Management Skills Required to Perform Duties as Specified:

• Students currently enrolled in master’s degree programs in English, journalism, communications, or related fields; or current undergraduate students in relevant majors are welcome to apply;

• Native English or Chinese speaker with exceptional written command of the English language; ability to conduct research and communicate in Chinese preferred;

• Quick learner and attention to details;

• Exceptional writing and editing skills;

• Candidates who are dependable, flexible, able to take initiative and work well in a team environment;

• Expat candidates must be student residence permit/F visa holders;

• Part-time interns should spend at least three days a week in the office.

Note: students are required to intern for at least three months (12 weeks) and be able to come in to the office at least three working days a week (days can be split into mornings or afternoons to accommodate class schedules);
  • Your nationality, and if you are an international student studying in mainland China , What is the type of visa you currently hold (e.g., X1/X2/student residence permit/F visa, etc.);
  • If you are not accepted or given an interview opportunity by the department you applied to, would you be willing to consider internship opportunities in other departments?
