Additional School Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching high school English.
- Experience teaching AP English courses is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of American Common Core Standards and AP curriculum.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Experience working with international students is a plus.

Job Description: KIA is seeking a passionate and dedicated High School English Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous English instruction to students in grades 9-12, including Advanced Placement (AP) English courses. The teacher will foster a student-centered learning environment that promotes critical thinking, effective communication, and a love of literature.Responsibilities:
- Teach a range of high school English courses, including but not limited to:
- 9th-grade English
- 10th-grade English
- 11th-grade English
- AP English Language and Composition
- AP English Literature and Composition
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the American Common Core Standards and AP curriculum.
- Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including essays, exams, projects, and presentations.

- Utilize technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
