1. School Introduction

Changsha Suwai School or Changsha Campus of Suzhou Foreign Language School, is located in the Changsha Convention and Exhibition Zone of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. It’s a full – time K12 private school founded by the Suzhou Suwai Education Group. Currently with a kindergarten, primary school, and junior high school, the senior high school will open in September 2026.

2. Recruitment Positions

• Primary School English Teacher: 1 position. Responsible for teaching English to primary school students, following the school’s curriculum, and using diverse teaching methods to enhance students’ English skills and interest.
• Middle School English Teacher: 1 position. Teach English to middle school students, design appropriate teaching plans, and evaluate students’ progress to improve their language proficiency.

3. Requirements

• Basic Qualifications: Native speakers from English – speaking countries (e.g., the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand), hold a valid passport and work visa eligibility, have no criminal record, be in good health, love education, and respect students. Must hold a TEFL/TESOL, PGCE, or equivalent international teaching certificate, and agree with the school’s educational philosophy.
• Teaching Experience: Have more than 6 years of English teaching experience in the corresponding grade level. Preference for those with teaching experience in IB, AP, A – Level, or bilingual curricula, and those who can do interdisciplinary (science/art) bilingual teaching.
• Education Background: Master’s degree or above, with majors in education, linguistics, or related disciplines preferred.

4. Working Conditions

The teaching location is in Changsha. The school will assist in handling work visas and residence permits. There is a 3 – month probation period, and a formal labor contract will be signed.
