Associate Director of Primary School
Reports to: Director of Primary School & The Principal
Job Responsibilities:

1.Assist the Director of Primary School in managing teaching and learning, administrative, pastoral and moral education, and personnel management to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the department.
2.Support the direct management of Heads of Departments, ensuring that teachers strictly adhere to the school’s core philosophy, curriculum requirements, and implement the department’s teaching plans to enhance teaching quality.
3.Assist in the direct management of grade leaders, promoting the effective implementation of moral education plans among department staff, standardizing student behavior management, strengthening home-school communication, and fostering a positive academic and school atmosphere.
4.As a vital member of the school leadership team, participate in school leadership meetings, contribute constructive opinions for departmental development, and regularly report work progress to the Director on behalf of the department.
5.Regularly participate in or organize teacher meetings, dynamically track teaching quality, research and resolve issues encountered in the teaching management process, and collaborate with the teacher team to continuously improve educational quality.
6.Encourage teachers to learn advanced educational and instructional theories, introduce domestic and international teaching and research reform experiences, assist in guiding teacher professional growth, and elevate overall teaching standards.
7.Collaborate with the Director to prioritize child protection, safety education, and security measures, ensuring the implementation of safety precautions, establishing and improving accident reporting systems.
8.Work closely with administrative departments based on school needs, participating in teacher recruitment, school admissions, marketing events and so on.
9.Assist in organizing regular and temporary parent-teacher meetings, enhancing home-school communication, and improving parent satisfaction and participation.
10.Collaborate with the AO office and HoDs in organizing internal and external assessments exams.
11.Actively participate in various school activities, representing the division to showcase its achievements, and understanding and conveying school development dynamics.
12.Be responsible for or participate in administrative tasks within the division, including administrative approvals, communication management, financial budget management, etc., to ensure orderly administrative operations.
13.Regularly organize and archive important internal documents.
14.Complete other tasks that the school may reasonably ask.
