Introduction to Anhui Medical College

Anhui Medical College (安徽医学高等专科学校) is a public general college directly under the Anhui Health and Health Committee. Founded in 1955, it has three campuses: Wuhu Road, Furong Road, and Xinqiao. There are 100 undergraduates (joint training) and over 11,000 college students. .

Anhui Medical College is a national high-quality college and vocational college, a pilot unit of the Ministry of Education for “three comprehensive training”, a national top 50 colleges and universities with typical employment experience, an exemplary higher vocational college in Anhui province, and a local high-skilled college in Anhui province. Level university construction unit, Anhui University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration School, Anhui Provincial Employment Work Model Unit. Anhui Medical College has 8 departments (departments) including the Department of Clinical Medicine, the Department of Stomatology, the Department of Medical Technology, the Department of Nursing, the Department of Public Health and Health Management, the Department of Pharmacy, the Department of Basic Studies, the Department of Thought, Politics, Teaching and Research, and the General Department of Anhui Medical training center, Anhui health staff training center, Anhui genetic medical center and other 5 educational training and scientific research institutions. Anhui Medical College has achieved remarkable results in education and teaching. Won 1 National Teaching Achievement Award, 32 Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards; 2 National Excellent Courses (Excellent Resource Sharing Courses), 14 Provincial Excellent Courses; 1 Third Prize of National Vocational College Teaching Ability Competition , The provincial teaching ability competition 1 first prize, 11 second prize, 4 third prize. Students won 4 first prizes, 7 second prizes, and 4 third prizes in national vocational college skills competitions; nearly 60 first, second, and third prizes in national and Anhui career planning and entrepreneurship competitions; 1 “Internet +” contest silver prize, 7 bronze prizes; 2 second prizes for national art exhibitions; 920 new and practical patents.

Anhui Medical College actively develops foreign exchanges and cooperation. Cooperated with Anhui University of Science and Technology to carry out the “3 + 2” general undergraduate education; as a partner institution of the Singapore Nursing Medical Full Scholarship Program determined by the Ministry of Education, more than 20 students are selected to study in Singapore each year. The school has established friendly and cooperative relations with teachers and students between universities and students, joint training of students, and other universities (educational institutions) in Korea, the United States, Germany and other countries (overseas).
