Fuyang Preschool Education College (阜阳幼儿师范高等专科学校) is a public full-time general technical college established with the approval of the Anhui Provincial People’s Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The school’s predecessor was born in Fuyang Normal School in 1907. It was renamed Anhui Provincial Third Normal School in 1914, reorganized into Anhui Provincial Normal School in 1934, and renamed Fuyang Normal School in 1950. It was successful in February 2015 The school was upgraded and officially renamed Fuyang Preschool Teachers College. This is the birthplace of Fuyang Normal Education and the cradle of modern education in northern Anhui.

Fuyang Preschool Education College is located in Fuyang, a gateway city in the east of the Central Plains Economic Zone, and a major town in northern Anhui.
