Sichuan College of Applied Sciences (四川应用技术职业学院, website) is a full-time ordinary higher education institution established with the approval of the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, filed by the Ministry of Education, and headed by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. The first higher vocational college in an ethnic region.

Sichuan College of Applied Sciences is located in the famous “Aerospace City” and “Spring City”-Xichang City. The college has a strong teaching force, with 310 full-time teachers, including 82 with a post-secondary title or above, 90 with a graduate degree or above, and 77.5% of professional course teachers with dual-teacher quality. The college offers preschool education, primary education, nursing, high-speed rail service, machinery manufacturing and automation, numerical control technology, industrial robots, electrical automation technology, automotive inspection and maintenance technology, construction engineering technology, computer application technology, financial management, accounting, e-commerce, Administration, tourism management, hotel management and other majors. The college has 49 on-campus training bases and 80 off-campus training bases, including nursing training rooms, turner training workshops, and automobile testing and maintenance training rooms. The campus covers an area of more than 400 acres, and the existing teaching and administrative space is 160,000 square meters. The college library has 180,000 paper books and more than 240,000 electronic books. With the support of the government, the college is building the campus into an AAA scenic spot.
