Introduction to Xi’an Peihua University
Xi’an Peihua University (website) is located in Xi’an, the ancient capital of the Chinese civilization. It is the first private undergraduate university in western China with the right to grant a bachelor’s degree.
Xi’an Peihua University has three campuses, including Gaoxin, Chang’an and Guodu, with a total area of 1.304 million square meters. The school has 9 secondary colleges, 3 affiliated hospitals, and 58 undergraduate and specialist majors. It has formed the core of finance and medicine, economics, management, literature, science, engineering, art, law, education. The school-running pattern of coordinated multi-disciplinary development. There are more than 22,000 students in University, and undergraduates account for 70.6% of the total number of students. There are more than 1,200 teachers in the school, including 410 senior titles, more than 600 masters and above, and “double-type” teachers account for 50% of the total number of teachers. The school library has a building area of 26,000 square meters, a collection of 2.25 million paper books, 1.17 million electronic books, 18,000 electronic journals, 13 Chinese and foreign literature databases, and 176TB of digital literature resources. The library has fully realized 24-hour electronic lending and reading. A campus network of 10 Gigabit fiber optic interconnects has been built, and sports venues such as all-rubber standard stadiums and gymnasiums have been built.
