Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English to non-native speakers and a genuine interest in helping students improve their language skills. The ESL teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to help students achieve their language learning goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and supportive attitude, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver effective ESL support that caters to the diverse needs of students
Create engaging and interactive activities to enhance language learning
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Develop and implement individualised learning plans for students
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
Stay up-to-date on best practices in ESL teaching and incorporate new techniques into lessons
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field
ESL teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
Previous experience teaching English as a Second Language to students of varying proficiency levels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others learn and grow
