ESL Teacher – Dongjiang Boya School

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare lessons and deliver high-quality English classes covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing, in accordance with the teaching syllabus and textbook content.
• Design and organize diverse classroom activities to stimulate students’ interest in learning English and enhance their comprehensive English proficiency.
• Correct students’ assignments, conduct regular academic assessments, accurately monitor students’ learning progress and effectiveness, and promptly communicate and provide feedback to parents.
• Participate in various English teaching seminars and research meetings organized by the school to contribute to improving the school’s English teaching quality.

Qualifications:

• Native English-speaking citizenship is preferred with a bachelor’s degree or above. Any major is acceptable, but those related to education are preferred.
• Hold internationally recognized English teaching certificates such as TESOL or TEFL.
• 3 years of experience teaching English in primary schools preferred, and be familiar with the primary school English teaching system and methods.
• Have a passion for education, be patient, responsible, and caring. Be good at communicating with primary school students and able to motivate their learning enthusiasm.
• Have good teamwork spirit and be able to cooperate closely with school teachers and staff.
