Faculty Position Announcement: Assistant Professor in Particle Physics, Nuclear Physics, Astrophysics, and Cosmology

The Department of Physics at Tsinghua University is pleased to invite applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level, focusing on Particle Physics, Nuclear Physics, Astrophysics, and Cosmology. Both theoretical and experimental candidates are encouraged to apply.

Our esteemed faculty includes Professors Haipeng An and Zhong-Zhi Xianyu in particle theory and cosmology; Professors Xin Chen and Zhen Hu in LHC experiments; Professor Fei Gao in astroparticle physics; Professors Lianyi He, Shuzhe Shi, Qing Wang, Zhe Xu, and Bingsong Zou in hadronic and nuclear theory; Professors Zhigang Xiao and Zhihong Ye in nuclear experiments; and Professors Yuqing Lou, Xiaofeng Wang, and Yi Yang in astrophysics. Candidates are required to hold a Ph.D. in physics or a related discipline and should demonstrate a strong record of research in the areas of particle physics, nuclear physics, astrophysics, or cosmology. In addition to advancing an active research program, the successful candidate will be expected to engage in effective teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
