Position Details

Title: Foreign English Language Teacher (Contract-Based)
Number of Openings: 1
Primary Responsibilities:

Teaching courses related to English language and literature
Participating in curriculum development and instructional reform
Fulfilling other teaching-related duties as assigned by the university

Qualifications
Basic Requirements

Must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and respect its social system
Must demonstrate a high standard of professional ethics and integrity, with no adverse professional record
Must be in good physical and mental health and able to meet the requirements of the position

Professional Requirements

Age: Preferably under 55 years old (born after January 1, 1969); candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered up to age 60
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in education, linguistics, or related fields are preferred
Language Proficiency:

1. Native English speaker
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation

Experience: At least two years of English teaching experience; a reference letter from a previous employer is required

Compensation and Benefits
Salary

Monthly salary: RMB 8,000 – 10,000 (pre-tax), determined based on academic background, professional qualifications, and teaching performance. Paid in full on a monthly basis.
