Available Positions
1. Two foreign teachers for English language instruction
2. One foreign teacher for German language instruction
3. One foreign football coach
Recruitment qualifications
1. Language teachers should be native speakers with bachelor’s degree or above, more than one year of relevant teaching experience, age 22-59, healthy and good communication skills.
2. The football coach should possess bachelor’s degree or above and football coach qualification certificate. 1-2 years of experience coaching football. Be able to communicate in basic Chinese.
Benefit package
1.Salary
(1) For Bachelor’s degree holders, the monthly basic salary ranges from RMB 8,000 to RMB 9,000. The default workload is 10 periods per week. An additional RMB 120 will be paid for each period exceeding the default 10 periods per week.
(2) For Master’s degree holders, the monthly basic salary ranges from RMB 9,000 to RMB 10,000. An additional RMB 140 will be paid for each period exceeding the default 10 periods per week.
(3) For Doctorate’s degree holders, the monthly basic salary ranges from RMB 10,000 to RMB 11,000. An additional RMB 160 will be paid for each period exceeding the default 10 periods per week.
(4) Additional two months of basic salary and RMB 300 per month will be awarded for those who continue to work for the college after the first contract year.
2. Travelling allowance for per contract year
RMB13,000 for teachers from European countries, American countries, Oceania countries & African countries ; RMB11,000 for teachers from Russia; RMB 9,000 for teachers from Asian Countries. On top of that, foreign staff enjoy an annual vacation allowance of RMB 2,200 per year.
3. Free and well-furnished apartment is provided, except for personal beddings such as pillow, quilt, linens… etc.
4. Health care insurance covers the entire contract period.
5. The College is responsible for the fees associated with work visa extensions and physical examinations that occur in Hainan. Any expense incurred concerning the job shall be borne by the applicant before arrival at the College.
Documents needed for working visa application ( scanned and original )
1. Resume/C.V.with a recently taken digital photo, 2×2 inches in size, with a white background, and not less than 40 KB in file size.
2. Recommendation Letters of at least one-year-teaching experience from your previous work unit.
3. Notarized No Criminal Record or in other name called “ Police Clearance Record ”.
4. Notarized Highest Degree, Football Coach Qualification Certificate
5. “FOREIGNER PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM” will be sent to the applicants after interviews.
6. Couple with kid(s)need to provide Notarized Certificate of your Marriage Certificate and Child’s Birth Certificate.
Important Notes
1. The contract period covers one school year, which spans approximately 10 months.
2. The default workload is 10 periods per week, with each period lasting 40 minutes.
3. Certification materials for non-English speaking foreign teachers must be translated into English or Chinese for notarization.
4. If the applicant’s country is a member of the Hague Convention, please complete the notarization of the documents at the local judicial authority. If not, please go to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate for notarization.
5. Ensure that all of the above materials are scanned and submitted.
