Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate High School Math Teacher to join our dynamic faculty in Jiading District, Shanghai. This role offers the opportunity to educate and inspire students in Grades 9-12 while contributing to a bilingual academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in alignment with the school’s curriculum and educational objectives.
• Develop lesson plans that effectively integrate teaching strategies and available classroom resources.
• Foster an interactive and stimulating learning environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong communication with parents, colleagues, and the school community.
• Provide timely feedback and assessments, including termly written reports and informal progress updates.
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Principal of the International Division.

  Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience in A-Level/IB curricula.
  • Preferred Qualifications: QTS, PGCE, US Teaching License, or equivalent teaching certification.

  Compensation & Benefits

  1. Competitive Salary: Around 35,000 RMB/month (pre-tax, negotiable based on experience & qualifications).
  2. Monthly Allowance: 8,000 RMB (pre-tax, no fapiao required).
