Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand and teach according to the YCIS, IGCSE, and IBDP curriculum.
2. Plan and set clear teaching objectives, content, and sequences.
3. Set challenging expectations for student progress.
4. Promote a love of learning and intellectual curiosity.
5. Lead and manage student learning effectively.
6. Differentiate teaching approaches to meet diverse student needs.
7. Assess learning objectives and provide effective feedback.
8. Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
9. Prepare and present reports to parents.
10. Maintain professional development and comply with school policies.
11. Work collaboratively with colleagues and manage resources effectively.
Job Requirements: 1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the position
2. Possess a teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent national/state teaching certification
3. 3-5 years of teaching experience in related field or more
4. Demonstrate a solid understanding of international curriculum, including IBDP and IGCSE
5. International school teaching experience preferred
6. Background in EAL or additional language teaching advantageous
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Commitment to continuous professional development
9. Experience integrating technology in teaching practices
10. Team player with a passion for inclusive and stimulating education
