The Stomatology Hospital，School of Stomatology, Zhejiang University School of Medicine (ZJUSS) was founded in 1996, is the Class-A hospital of Stomatology and the leading institution in the field of oral health care service and research in Zhejiang province. Taking advantage of interdisciplinary cooperation in Zhejiang University, the hospital and school have been making rapid progress in various aspects of researches related to biomedical and dental fields. By the end of 2020, the new teaching and research center of ZJUSS will come into service.

Within an entity occupied with 70,000 square meters, 500 dental chairs and 120 inpatient beds, and research facilities with 8000 square meters, the new center is expected to promote ZJUSS to enter one of the world-class institutions for dental practice, education, research.
