Job Description: Primary School PYP Homeroom Teacher Job Description – Vanke Bilingual School Shanghai School Environment:It is proposed that Vanke Bilingual School is located in Minhang District, Shanghai, focusing on bilingual education and international visions. You will be in a role that will support in making inquiry-based learning a reality from a PYP homeroom classroom.Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PYP-aligned unit plans, lesson materials, integration of the IB Learner Profile, and interdisciplinary themes.
• Describing creative learning activities based on inquiry-based and student-centered activities to enable inquiry-based learning.
• Encourage an atmosphere of positivity and inclusiveness along with treating all students, respectfully, collaboratively, and with international mindedness.
• Through formative and summative assessments, monitor and assess the progress of students and give them and parents timely feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the PYP coordinator and grade level team to integrate curriculum, share best practices successes, and participate in collaborative planning.
