We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: Markets & Sec Services Tech

Principal responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Design and implement scalable, secure software solutions aligned with the bank’s strategic goals. 

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5-8 developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth. 

• Client Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver within agreed timelines. 

• Agile & CI/CD Practices: Drive Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines to enhance development efficiency and quality. 

• Technical Guidance: Provide expertise in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and database systems. 

• Innovation & Modernization: Recommend and implement innovative technologies, including cloud solutions, to optimize systems

• Experience: 10+ years in software development, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions. 

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL). 

• Agile & CI/CD Expertise: Strong experience in Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). 

• Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with banking systems, architecture, and strategic solutions. 

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams of 5-8 developers. 

• Communication: Excellent English skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

What additional skills will be good to have? 

• Cloud Experience: Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cloud-native development. 

• DevOps Tools: Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and practices. 

• Security Awareness: Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance. 

• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Scrum Master). 

• Global Collaboration: Experience working in cross-cultural or remote team environments. 

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
