We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Product Manager.

Business: Wholesale IT

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure technologies.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Should be hands-on supporting the pods with difficult design issues/bugs/incidents.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities for their application within our organization.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.

  • Mentor and train other team members on Microsoft technologies.

  • Work with vendor to ensure system issue being well followed up.

    Requirements
    • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with different groups of stakeholders and external vendors

    • Solid experience in in collaborating with relevant business units and functions in project delivery

    • Strong team player who also has the ability to work under pressure, independently and proactively

    • Strong analysis and problem solving skills

    • Knowledge of system interface with finance systems and management Information systems would be an advantage

    • Good understanding on the SDLC and Agile project management framework
