We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

Business:  Wholesale Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful infrastructure project delivery to align with the platform architecture roadmap.
• Develop automation scripts, like Ansible playbook, Shell Script, Python script, Jenkins pipeline to maintain/uplift the Connect-Digital platform.
• Maintain and uplift the Connect-Digital platform, including the Linux Server, vendor product and in-house utilities throughout the life-cycle from PoC, certification through to patching, evergreening and retirement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any infrastructure/platform issue for the platform users, like other functional project delivery team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or a related field.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with tooling such as GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting languages such as, Shell script, Python, YAML (Ansible), etc.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD adoption.
• Knowledge of dashboarding tools Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, MongoDB or Java is a plus.
