We look for Native English Teachers for lower level students – E-JOY ENGLISH ONLINE LANGUAGE SCHOOL

Our school was established in 2009, and we have captured the market through word-of-mouth and an excellent reputation. This is precisely why this job holds great significance. We seek teachers who can meticulously handle each class and deliver the excellence we anticipate.

1. Payment Method: PayPal/Wise/Alipay/WeChat Pay

2. Salary Settlement Period: Monthly, covering the start and end dates of the previous month (e.g., from January 1st to January 31st, February 1st to February 28th, March 1st to March 31st, etc.).

3. Payment Date: Payments will be processed on the 12th of each month for the previous month’s settled salary.

4. Class Type: 1-on-1 sessions of 30/45/60 minutes each.

5. Our Available Working Hours for Classes Are:

   (1) Monday to Friday: 6PM to 9:30 AM (Beijing Time)

   (2) Saturday and Sunday: 8PM to 12 PM and 6 PM to 9:30 PM (Beijing Time)

Please confirm that you can teach during these times; we do not have other available slots. Also, double-check if the time is appropriate when converted to your local time.

6. You must provide at least 12 hours per week for teaching during the hours mentioned above.

7. If you have other jobs or are teaching at different institutions, please ensure it does not conflict with these working hours.

8. You need to provide us with at least 12 hours of bookable time each week, and we will arrange students for you.

9. We employ a fixed class model. Each student assigned to you is fixed, and you are expected to attend regular classes. Once you accept a student, you must guarantee our agreed-upon time and service commitment for the student for at least three months.

10. Please ensure that you have a quiet teaching environment and necessary installations, including a computer, headset, and camera (the camera must be on during class).

11. After each class, there will be simple student feedback. Please ensure that your students’ feedback after teaching at our institution can be provided to us.

12. Teachers are required to prepare for class before teaching (although our teaching materials are used repeatedly by multiple students, so once a teaching material has been taught once, there is no need to prepare it again. However, we have strict preparation requirements for each new teaching material we encounter).
